Percy died at Rouen, France, of wounds and gas on received on 17 Apr and is buried at St. Sever Cemetery Extension, Rouen. He'd enlisted on 4 Jan 1916 at Town Hall Recruiting Depot, Sydney, embarked from Australia on 3 Jun 1916 and, prior to his enlistment, had been an orchardist at Grose Vale. He'd named his father as next of kin.
