Clifton Wolseley Moore, post honorary secretary and president of the Rangers League died 23 February 1954. Erected by the Rangers League of N.S.W. at the inspiration of the late Alderman J.S. Stanton in memory of Mogo, Perry, Tommy, and Wandalina, aborigines buried in this cemetery, also as a tribute to the whole aboriginal race. Signed C.R.
