Dorrigo Cemetery occupies an attractive site 2km south of the township. It appears to have been established around the turn of the 20th century, the earliest inscription found being dated 1897. The monuments are mostly in good condition, erect and legible with no apparent sign of vandalism. The substantial columbarium bears plaques dating from 1967. The whole site is maintained in excellent condition by Bellingen Shire Council.
Sandra Cockbain has contributed the images made when she photographed the cemetery and its inscriptions in July 2010. The list of inscriptions for this cemetery was compiled from Sandra's pictures and with reference to the NSW and Queensland indices of births, deaths and marriages and to the Australian War Memorial online military rolls for additional information.
Dorrigo Cemetery is on the western side of Waterfall Way 2.1km south of town. Lat -30.35783, Long 152.71925
