Niangala Cemetery contains burials between 1892 and 1977. Very few of the graves are marked but a plaque erected in 1983, provides brief information on all known burials at this site.
Mark Asbury visited Niangala Cemetery and photographed all visible inscriptions in April 2009. His pictures may be viewed from the list of inscriptions for this cemetery. Mark compiled that list from his images, the list of known burials and with reference to the NSW indices of births, deaths and marriages and to the AWM online military rolls for additional information.
Niangala Cemetery is approximately 1km due west of the village on the southern side of the road to Weabonga.
