Established in 1854, Brighton General Cemetery is one of Melbourne's oldest and most significant cemeteries. The classic garden style-grounds offer a quiet sanctuary for families to reflect on the lives of their loved ones. Amongst the manicured gardens, many adorned monuments lay proudly across the 12 hectares (30 acres), all contained within Brighton General Cemeteries iconic red brick walls.
