The Uniting Church in Hadspen, Tasmania was built as a Wesleyan Chapel in 1874, and became a Methodist church in 1924. The church itself is a small white weatherboard building, the cemetery area has been cleared and grassed with only a few headstones remaining.

The small weatherboard building is in good condition. The few headstones remaining in the cemetery are in good condition and readable. There is no evidence of any vandalism.

Hadspen is located 12 km south-west of Launceston via the Bass Highway and Meander Valley Highway. Take the exit to Hadspen and then follow Main Road which runs through Hadspen. The church and grave yard can be found on the corner of Main Road and Clare Street, Hadspen.
