The Wollongong Cemetery is one of the oldest places of interment within the City - its records date back to the 1850s. Wollongong Cemetery is the final resting place for many local dignitaries including Lord Mayors of Wollongong and pioneer business leaders.
There are no graves available at Wollongong Cemetery. The only burials permitted are for families with existing ownership (conditions apply).
