Address: Rose Valley Road, Emmaville 2371 NSW     Inscriptions for Emmaville Cemetery

Emmaville Cemetery appears to have been established in the 1870s with the earliest inscriptions extant dated 1876. A small columbarium displays plaques dating from 2000. The cemetery grounds are maintained in good order by Glen Innes Severn Council, the grass having been recently cut and trimmed when the cemetery was photographed. Most monuments were found in good order and legible.

Sandra and Warren Cockbain visited the site and made digital images of all visible inscriptions in October 2011. Their pictures may be downloaded from the list of inscriptions for this cemetery. That list was compiled with reference to the NSW and Queensland online indices of births, deaths and marriages and to the Australian War Memorial online military rolls for additional information.
