Tumoulin Pioneer Cemetery

Tumoulin Cemetery, dated 1913 at its entrance, contains burials from 1916 to 1934. There were ten burials in total but only one headstone now remains. In 2008, a cemetery restoration project was undertaken as a joint effort of the then Herberton Shire Council, the Eacham Historical Society and the Tumoulin community. The nine unmarked graves were identified and marked with a cross and a plaque listing the burial details mounted on a monument in the grounds.

Tumoulin is 9km from Ravenshoe on the Atherton Tablelands, 2.5 hours from Cairns.
